Nails............?

the last months my nails are terrible..........

i try to go to a specialist and she put on them acrylic nails...

most of them are off...and now my nails are terrible again...

what to do?Nails............?
Time would heal them.Nails............?
First off, how often do you visit your nail technician for rebalances? After the full set you should be visiting your technician once every 2 to 3 weeks for a rebalance.

Second how have most them come off? Have you broken one or two, then picked or prised the rest off? If you break one you should visit your technician so that she can fix any problems for you. Also do you look after them at home? With enhancements you should be using a cuticle oil at least once a day. Treat them as jewels not tools, don't use them to prise open anything etc. This is just some of the advice that your technician should have given you at your initial consultation. HTH
first let them grow and keep them short since they will be weak in the beginning. in the meantime go to a wholesale hair product store where they sell to hairstylists, they also have manicurists stuff there too. There is a polish, clear coat that i used on my nails, i can't remember the name now, but it's absolutely fabulous, it's very thick and two coats fortifies your nails and strengthens them. They might know what i am talking about. i don't use it anymore cause i do acrylics.
wait for them to grow out %26amp;%26amp; become healthy again.

try a green tea nail polish that might strenghten it %26amp;%26amp; after that dont get acrylic instead try a manicure.
Go get a manicure at a different place. Your nails will still be kind of weak and brittle from the acrylics, but it will make a huge difference trust me. They will buff them to make them smoothe again and paint them. Just make sure you continue getting manicures untill you notice your nail growing and getting better. Now when i want to take my acylics off, i go to the nail salon and have them do it and give me a manicure.
Wait for them to grow out :)
Wait for them to grow out. In the mean time, don't damage them further by putting more chemicals on them. Also, consuming lots of fish or taking fish oil capsules is known to be very good for hair and nails. Try it!
