Are there ways to make your hair and nails grow faster and longer?

I have had my nails done professionalyl for quite a while and then i got fungus...YUCK! they are very weak and i want them to be strong and healthy again...how??? Also I dye my hair too much and when i go to get myhair cut they always convince me to cut a lot off because its dead hair.....how can i get it to grow faster?Are there ways to make your hair and nails grow faster and longer?

eat healthy, give your hair a break for a while, and stop getting your nails done. acrylic nails and all the chemicals that come with them are bad for your nails, and if not done right, can cause fungus underneath.
Avocados are very healthy for both your skin and nails. If you don't like avocados plain, you can always make guacamole, which is very healthy and simple.
i only know about nails there are certain clear nail polishes that are fast growing
a friend of mine used to have fungus (and trust me it aint pretty!! LOL :P:P ) any ways just go to the pharmacy and ask for this spray that removes fungus.....or just read on below...........:::
